   ORGANIZING Mind over Matter offers professional organizing services primarily throughout Utah (except where noted below). Our goal in working with clients is to analyze their needs and design systems that will give lasting results. For a total cost of $500 or less 80% of our clients are able to finally organize the spaces that have bothered them for years. Think of it…that is less than the cost of a small piece of furniture. Listed below are the different ways we can meet your organizing needs. We don’t just tell you to get organized, we show you how. 

FREE *** Initial 20 minute Phone Analysis – This phone conversation allows Vicki to ask you a few questions concerning your current organizing concerns AND allows you to ask her any questions you would like to have answered.

$50 *** On-site Needs Assessment (typically 1.5 to 2 hours) - This first visit involves a complete personal assessment of your spaces and organizing goals. It allows us to confirm that we are a good fit as we walk through your home or business spaces and talk together about what you want and how we (you and I) can best move forward in achieving your desired goals.

$50 hr. *** On-site Organizing – Vicki will consult and then work beside you to implement better organizing systems to meet your individual needs. Working sessions are typically maximized by booking in two to five hour increments. Organizing sessions are available in person (in Utah) or by phone or air-travel (nationwide).

$350 *** On-site Coaching Session – This organizing option is a favorite for those who want to pay for “exact organizing knowledge” AND are willing to do the actual work themselves. It includes a live video walk through of your home spaces as Vicki talks you through organizing options for each room after which you will be presented a “map” that outlines in detail her recommendations including photos of her recommended organizing products for the spaces you will organize to reach your desired outcome.

$80 hr. *** On-site Team Organizing – We provide a team of TWO professional organizers to speed up completion of your projects. You know the saying…two are better than one!

$40 hr. *** Phone Coaching – This works very much the same as Vicki’s coaching session except we (you and I) are able through photos and other means to converse on a regular basis to instruct and reinforce your progress. The phone coaching sessions are scheduled for a minimum of 1/2 hour at a time.

*** Workshop/Seminar Presenter – Vicki presents and trains for profit and non-profit groups including business teams, community groups, and church groups both within Utah and outside the state. Non-profit groups are typically free.

$700 *** Training Program for plan-to-be Professional Organizers - In 2011 our team will begin offering a training program for those individuals wanting to train to become Professional Organizers.
